However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be a perfect fit or meet your expectations. This policy outlines the process for returns and refunds.

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number and further instructions. Please do not ship the item back without this authorization.
Step 3: Ship the Item
Once approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging and mail it to our return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

6. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for a different size of the same item, subject to availability. If the desired size is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the item instead.
To initiate an exchange, please follow the steps in Section 3 (How to Initiate a Return or Exchange) and clearly state that you wish to exchange the product.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Please contact us immediately at help.savvykart@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product issue. We will arrange a free return pickup or provide a return shipping label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Items purchased during a sale or promotion may be returned for store credit or an exchange, subject to the standard eligibility conditions above.
9. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. For cancellations, please email us at help.savvykart@gmail.com with your order number.
10. Store Credit
Instead of a refund to your original payment method, you may opt for store credit. This credit will be issued to your SavvyKart account wallet and will not have an expiry date.
