Please note: These timeframes are estimates and not a guarantee. Delivery may sometimes be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transportation delays, public holidays, or customs clearance (if applicable). We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your unique tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this number on the courier partner’s website to see the real-time status and location of your shipment.

7. What If I’m Not Available During Delivery?
The courier partner will typically attempt delivery 2-3 times. If you are not available:

8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you realize you’ve entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at help.savvykart@gmail.com. We will try to modify the address if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.

SavvyKart is not liable for any package that is lost or stolen after it has been delivered to the address provided. If your tracking information states your package was delivered but you can’t find it, we recommend first checking with neighbors or your building’s reception. If the issue persists, please contact us and we will work with the courier company to investigate.
